We are currently hiring for our new PM Shift: Monday – Thursday 3:15 PM – 1:45 AM Shift Premium: 12% on top of the hourly wage This role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $28–$48, depending on experience and qualifications. Requirements

CNC Machining Experience: CNC Vertical, Horizontal Milling and or CNC Lathe: Minimum 5 years of experience required
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Knowledgeable in G Code
Mechanical aptitude and sound knowledge of machine tooling
Above average problem-solving skills
Positive personality & able to deliver results with minimum supervision
Willingness to learn and improve your skills

Responsibilities

Read and interpret drawings as required to safely and efficiently operate CNC equipment
Maintain quality while meeting or exceeding production targets
Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment
Perform routine maintenance on modern CNC equipment
Participate in continuous improvement activities
