As we continue to grow, we are looking for skilled individuals to join our expanding team. We are currently hiring for our new PM Shift: Monday – Thursday 3:15 PM – 1:45 AM Shift Premium: 12% on top of the hourly wage This role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $28–$48, depending on experience and qualifications. As a member of the CNC Team, you will: Work as part of a small team to deliver demand driven value to customers

Requirements

  • CNC Machining Experience: CNC Vertical, Horizontal Milling and or CNC Lathe: Minimum 5 years of experience required
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Knowledgeable in G Code
  • Mechanical aptitude and sound knowledge of machine tooling
  • Above average problem-solving skills
  • Positive personality & able to deliver results with minimum supervision
  • Willingness to learn and improve your skills

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret drawings as required to safely and efficiently operate CNC equipment
  • Maintain quality while meeting or exceeding production targets
  • Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance on modern CNC equipment
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities
