About The Position
As a Machinist at 3V Precision Machining, Inc., you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by producing precision components that meet stringent specifications. Your expertise in operating CNC machines and utilizing various machine tools will ensure that our products are crafted with the highest level of accuracy and quality. You will be responsible for interpreting blueprints and applying geometric tolerancing to create parts that fit seamlessly into larger assemblies. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with set-up, operations, g-code, programming, and so on
Responsibilities
- Trouble Shooting, Advanced Set-Up, Process improvement and Training for all manufacturing staff on the shift
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
