About The Position

Set up and operate CNC machines independently with minimal supervision to produce quality parts that meet engineering and customer specifications. Validate machining programs, tooling, and work instructions to ensure accurate, efficient, and safe production. Meet established production goals while maintaining quality, safety, and operational efficiency. Ensure first article parts, production runs, and finished components meet dimensional and surface finish requirements. Maintain a safe work environment by following NOV safety policies and procedures. Support continuous production through effective communication, documentation, and teamwork.

Requirements

  • Ability to set up and operate CNC machines independently.
  • Proficiency in validating machining programs, tooling, and work instructions.
  • Understanding of quality, safety, and operational efficiency standards.
  • Ability to ensure first article parts, production runs, and finished components meet dimensional and surface finish requirements.
  • Knowledge of safety policies and procedures.
  • Effective communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
