Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 3+ years of experience servicing CNC machines or similar industrial equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, or similar), electrical systems, and mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the field.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and work in industrial environments.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Nice To Haves

  • technical degree or certification in mechatronics, industrial maintenance, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machinery at customer sites, ensuring optimal machine performance and minimal downtime.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Diagnose equipment issues using electrical schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic software.
  • Calibrate and align machine components to factory specifications.
  • Provide on-site training and technical support to customers on machine operation and maintenance best practices.
  • Document service activities, parts usage, and detailed service reports accurately and promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal technical support teams to resolve complex equipment issues.
  • Maintain service vehicle inventory and ensure tools and diagnostic equipment are in proper working condition.
  • Adhere to all company and customer safety policies while working in manufacturing environments.
  • Travel to customer locations as required, including occasional overnight travel.
