Requirements

5-7+ Years of experience in CNC Machining or Equivalent Education.
Experience setting up and operating CNC machines.
Ability to understand Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance AMSE Y14.5.
Ability to use Metrology tools and equipment.
Ability to manufacture parts within tolerance and specifications.
Understanding of CNC equipment capability, part processing, and machining.
Must meet minimum vision standards, corrected or uncorrected, as follows: Snellen 14/18, 20/25 or better, Jaeger Type 2 at 14 inches, or Ortho-Rated 8.
Consistent, punctual attendance for your scheduled shift.
For ITAR compliance, all employees at this location must be a US citizen or a lawful permanent resident.

Responsibilities

Setup and operation of various machine tools for repeat production.
Read and interpret machine positions and distance-to-go metrics.
Set up CNC equipment, including multi-axis mills, often with minimal supervision.
Operate multiple machines to ensure production goals are met.
Collaborate closely with Production Technicians to troubleshoot and uphold quality standards.
Perform inspections as outlined in the inspection plan.
Make necessary offsets and adjustments to maintain product conformity.
Identify non-conformance issues, document them, and implement corrections.
Conduct basic machine maintenance daily to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Accurate production reporting.
Perform all duties in conjunction with Quality Management System requirements.
