About The Position
We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join a client's team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The position requires a strong background in aerospace manufacturing and CNC programming. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience developing, modifying, and troubleshooting CNC programs to manufacture precision aerospace components while maintaining strict quality standards. This is a temp-to-hire, full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Pay is $23–$28+ per hour, depending on experience. Benefits are available upon full-time hire.
Requirements
- Previous aerospace manufacturing experience.
- CNC programming experience, including creating, editing, and troubleshooting CNC programs.
- Knowledge of G-code, M-code, blueprints, and GD&T.
- Ability to identify the CNC machines, controls, and programming software used in prior work.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Stable work history; frequent job changes may be a concern.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and modify CNC programs for precision aerospace components.
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T requirements.
- Determine appropriate machining methods, tooling, and cutting parameters.
- Optimize programs to improve machining efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
- Troubleshoot programming issues and make necessary program adjustments.
- Verify that machined components meet specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established aerospace manufacturing procedures.
