If you’re ready to take the next step in your machining career, we would love to connect! The CNC Machine Operator, 2nd Shift is responsible for machining parts utilizing Haas CNC mills.
Requirements

Nice To Haves
- Prior experience operating HAAS mills and/or lathes, preferred.
- Associates Degree in industrial applications or machining, preferred.
Responsibilities
- Creates parts and follows procedures and instructions to meet customer expectations.
- Reads and interprets mechanical schematics to ensure accuracy.
- Sets up tooling equipment, loads parts, reviews programming steps, and ensures adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Responsible for performing first piece inspections on machined parts.
- Maintain industrial machines, applying knowledge of mechanics, shop mathematics, metal properties, layout, and machining procedures.
- Calculate dimensions or tolerances, using instruments such as micrometers or vernier calipers.
- Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process.
- Maintain a clean and neat work area.
