Requirements

1-2 years of CNC experience
Comfortable reading blueprints and technical drawings
Experience with precision measuring instruments
High attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Solid basic math and measurement skills
High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

3+ years of CNC experience
Technical training or CNC certification

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machinery to meet production specifications.
Load raw materials and monitor machine performance during operation.
Perform tooling changes and adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job travelers.
Troubleshoot issues promptly and communicate with the team.
Perform routine preventative maintenance and basic machine upkeep.
Maintain a clean, organized, and tour-ready workspace.
