About The Position
AAA USA is actively hiring experienced Machine Operators to support major manufacturing programs. The Machine Operator will set up and operate a variety of machine tools to make parts, mechanisms, tools, or machines to exacting tolerances and dimensions. This role requires the willingness to travel/temporarily relocate to Kinston, NC.
Requirements
- At least 3 years’ machine operator experience.
- Must be willing and able to work any shift to include working overtime as needed.
- Must be willing to travel/temporarily relocate to Kinston, NC.
Responsibilities
- Sets up and operates manual and CNC machine tools to manufacture precision parts while maintaining required tolerances and specifications.
- Reads and interprets blueprints, sketches, and engineering drawings to determine machining processes, tooling, and setup requirements.
- Uses precision measuring instruments and machinist tools to inspect, assemble, and verify finished components.
- Performs machining operations including milling, drilling, boring, grinding, honing, deburring, and fastening.
- Monitors quality standards and follows manufacturing procedures to ensure product accuracy and compliance.
- Performs routine machine maintenance, including lubrication, coolant checks, and basic equipment upkeep.
- Moves materials and completed parts through the manufacturing process using assigned equipment.
- Supports team operations by training and assisting other employees as needed.
