About The Position
Produce Machined parts per instruction. Monitor parts being produced, validate quality of parts being produced, monitor equipment is performing as expected.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years’ experience operating machining equipment.
- 2 to 3 years’ experience with measuring tools.
- Computer experience.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, product and component specifications, data sheets and procedure manuals.
- Knowledge of electronic equipment.
- Will be required to use computer, micrometers, calipers, and height gage.
Nice To Haves
- Metal fabrication experience.
Responsibilities
- Load equipment per instruction.
- Measure parts for conformance to print.
- Report quantities produced into ERP system.
- Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform Daily/Weekly Preventative Maintenance as assigned
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as apparent and/or assigned.
- Model the right behavior in terms of initiative, compliance, moral character (honor, integrity, and courage) and work ethic to create teamwork and mutual respect amongst employees.
