About The Position

ZIEHL-ABEGG, a world-leading fan and motor manufacturer with over 100 years of experience, is seeking a high-energy and results-oriented CNC Machine Operator. This role is crucial for contributing to the company's expanding operations. The primary purpose of this position is to set up and operate CNC Machinery to produce high-quality air movement products.

Requirements

• CNC Machine operating experience (mill and lathe)
• Working with hand tools & machine tools
• The ability to perform mathematical calculations
• Basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM software
• Ability to stand on concrete for entirety of shift
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop and walk the production floor
• Ability to pick up and move products
• Heavy lifting (50lbs. To 70lbs.)
• Flexibility to work overtime as requested
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to focus on relevant work for entirety of shift
• Authorized to work for any employer in the United States

Nice To Haves

• HAAS expereince is a plus
• Sheetmetal fabrication (beneficial)

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills, lathes, and parts washing machine
• Load and unload raw materials and equipment
• Keep detailed records for equipment and procedures
• Perform necessary maintenance and cleaning on equipment
• Inspect finished product to ensure it meets required specifications
• Abide by company safety guidelines
• Stock materials and run parts
• Ensure specific directions are followed to create products that meets the required specifications
