Requirements
- 1-2 years of CNC experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Comfortable reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Solid basic math and measurement skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Nice To Haves
- 3+ years of CNC experience
- Experience with precision measuring instruments
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Technical training or CNC certification
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machinery to meet production specifications.
- Load raw materials and monitor machine performance during operation.
- Perform tooling changes and adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job travelers.
- Troubleshoot issues promptly and communicate with the team.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and basic machine upkeep.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and tour-ready workspace.
Benefits
- Pay: Minimal Experience 1-2 years: $22–$23 per hour
- Experienced (Preferred) 3 + years: $24–$26 per hour
- Overtime: Occasional, as needed based on customer demand
