If you’re looking for a meaningful place to grow and make an impact, we want to hear from you! As a CNC Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping production running efficiently and safely. Your day-to-day will include: Operating CNC machinery to cut and shape materials based on production orders Reviewing and prioritizing daily production schedules to meet deadlines Loading materials and inspecting them for quality before and after processing Selecting and entering the correct programs into CNC control panels Performing quality checks to ensure all products meet specifications Identifying and reporting any defects or production issues Supporting team goals and assisting with additional tasks as needed

Requirements

• Ability to read a tape measure and work with basic math (decimals & fractions)
• Basic reading and writing skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Must be at least 18 years old

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing or CNC experience preferred

Responsibilities
