Requirements

Knowledge of metal fabrication concepts and processes.
Comfortable using a Windows-based computer system.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to prioritize work.

Nice To Haves

2+ years of machine operation experience preferred (but we’ll train the right candidate!).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

Operate and set up CNC laser cutting equipment to meet print and traveler requirements.
Maintain safe manufacturing and material handling practices while sustaining 95% efficiency.
Use calipers, tape measures, and other tools to ensure accuracy to blueprint tolerances.
Identify material types, read sheet tags, and operate overhead cranes as needed.
Accurately record production activity and maintain quality standards.
