About The Position

This is a 1st shift position, working 40-50 hours per week with occasional Saturdays. Normal working hours are Mon-Fri 7 am to 3:30 pm. Must be in Arizona. Looking to setup interviews and fill a few positions ASAP. Immediate opening for day shift: CNC Lathe/Mill Set Up / Operator. At Alpha Machine we utilize skilled experienced technicians and state of the art equipment to provide high volume precision components.

Requirements

• Must be dependable and show up to work everyday.
• Strong mechanical background.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints & other mechanical drawings.
• Working knowledge of geometry and mathematics.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong CNC Lathe/mill knowledge.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience setting up Mills or lathes.
• Must have your own tools.
• Must be in Arizona.

• Organize and set up an inspection to monitor parts.
