About The Position

We are a busy production machining facility seeking a CNC programmer and set-up/operator. The applicant must have experience with Mori-Seiki lathes, blueprint reading, understanding of tolerances, use of comparators, handheld measuring instruments, and digital inspection systems, as well as experience with inspection methods during production. Knowledge of CNC programming, Mastercam, SolidWorks, or other CNC programming is required. Preferred experience includes sub-spindle lathes (dual turret a plus), live tools, editing G-code manually, setting up and touching off tools. You will be expected to set up jobs and then run them. Fanuc or Mori Seiki experience is a plus. Must be willing to run multiple machines. This is not an entry-level position. This is a production shop environment with short to long run jobs, providing the ability to keep learning. We work primarily with the aerospace, automotive, medical, and sensor industries. We offer a 4-day, 40-hour work week, Monday-Thursday, 5 am-3:30 pm. Benefits include health insurance, life insurance, a retirement plan, and an annual bonus.
