About The Position

Join Our Team as a 2nd Shift Laser Operator! Shift: Monday–Friday | 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM Pay: $20.00/hour ($19.00 base pay + $1.00/hour shift differential) Are you an experienced CNC Laser Operator looking for a company that values quality, teamwork, and employee growth? Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
External candidates: 2-3 years of CNC Laser operating experience.
Internal candidates: Minimum of six months of Turret experience.
Ability to read blueprints and perform basic mathematical calculations.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Comfortable working with chemicals, lubricants, and industrial equipment.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

Responsibilities

Set up, align, and operate CNC laser machines.
Select the appropriate cutting programs based on production requirements.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, routers, and work instructions.
Inspect finished parts for quality using visual and dimensional measurements.
Load and unload steel sheets and change materials as needed.
Perform routine troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and basic machine upkeep.
Accurately complete production paperwork and update computer records.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.
Assist with other duties as needed to support the team.
