Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator III to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating state-of-the-art laser cutting machinery, managing raw material inventory, and performing key maintenance tasks. Requirements

3+ years of professional machine operation experience within a sheet metal, tube, or structural fabrication environment.
Strong ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings, flat patterns, and engineering specs.
Solid understanding of metal types, gauges, tube profiles, and material specifications.
Certified or experienced in operating forklifts and overhead cranes safely.
Meticulous attention to detail regarding dimensions, tolerances, and hardware schedules.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work safely around industrial machinery.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with modern nesting and machine programming software is a major plus.
Direct experience running a tube laser or flat sheet laser is a major plus.

Responsibilities

Set up and run advanced flat sheet and tube cutting machinery.
Perform basic programming for parts as needed.
Perform routine maintenance on machinery.
Understand and adjust machine parameters to maintain a consistent level of quality.
Accurately record all material usage to maintain real-time inventory.
Safely load, unload, and stage metals, plate stock, and tubing using forklifts, overhead cranes, or sheet loaders.
Efficiently sort processed parts, package components, and distribute finished kits to down-stream departments or shipping areas.
