About The Position

This role involves operating CNC Oxyfuel and Plasma cutting machines to process carbon and stainless steel for fabrication. The CNC Operator will adhere to lean manufacturing initiatives, work instructions, quality requirements, and safety programs. Responsibilities include maintaining operator-level preventative maintenance for continuous machine operation, troubleshooting and calibrating burning equipment, understanding and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, operating overhead cranes and material handling equipment, conducting dimensional inspections of parts for quality requirements, and performing secondary processing operations associated with the CNC Burning process.

Requirements

High School Diploma
Ability to read a tape measure and perform fractional math
Works well in a team environment
Self motivated, self managed
Maintain high level of focus throughout the entire shift
Willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

Overhead crane and tow motor experience preferred
Experience within the manufacturing industry preferred

Responsibilities
