About The Position

We are seeking a skilled CNC & Lathe Operator to join our team. This full-time position offers the potential for overtime and is a long-term temp-to-hire opportunity. The role involves setting up and operating CNC machines, making adjustments, reading technical documents, inspecting parts, and assisting with programming.

Requirements

• Previous CNC machining experience
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• CNC setup experience preferred
• Programming experience is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines
• Make offsets and machine adjustments
• Read blueprints, measurements, and work orders
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
• Assist with CNC programming and program changes as needed
