This role is responsible for overseeing CNC aerospace operations during evening shifts. The supervisor will ensure production plans are met by scheduling and assigning personnel, monitoring progress, and reporting results. The supervisor will utilize problem-solving and analytical skills to address machining challenges, review management reports, track quality and productivity, and ensure seamless integration of departmental work with other areas to meet customer needs efficiently. A strong emphasis is placed on developing a team environment, involving employees in planning and continuous improvement, and ensuring adherence to Quality Assurance Procedures. Performance monitoring, feedback, and associate development are crucial, as is maintaining a safe and clean work environment. The role also involves performing other duties as assigned by supervision.
