Requirements

Minimum 3 years in CNC machining, blueprint reading, manual inspection, and program writing/revision.
Proficiency in SolidWorks, Mastercam, and 3-axis programming and operation.
Skilled in setup and operation of 3-axis machines.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in SolidWorks, Mastercam, and 3-axis programming and operation is a plus.

Responsibilities

Program CNC machines for new parts, focusing on high-precision and complex components.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance machining operations, reduce waste, and optimize cycle times.
Work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure a timely and successful job completion.
Perform first article and in-process inspections using manual gauges; make real-time program edits to resolve issues.
Use ERP software to log job details and time, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
Support safety, 5S, and quality standards while keeping your workspace clean and organized.
