About The Position

You will be part of a team supporting adults with development disabilities in a residential program. Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes: Individual community outings, Meal preparation, Assistance with activities of daily living, Personal care, Medical appointments, Medication distribution. Requirements

• Applicants must have a valid Massachusetts C.N.A. License
• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• Valid driver’s license
• Use of your personal vehicle
• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after
