About The Position
Hilltop Park Post Acute is hiring CNAs! Current openings: Full-time, 6am-2pm - with a weekend rotation Full-time, 2pm-10pm - with a weekend rotation At Hilltop Park Post Acute, compassion is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment, creating a welcoming and beautiful space for our residents and their visitors. We specialize in providing rehabilitation services onsite to help our residents regain their independence, and we have 2 large rehab gyms! Requirements
- Current, unenciphumbered CNA license in Colorado
- Must possess, at a minimum, 10th grade education
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to the residents of the facility under the direction of licensed nurses.
