About The Position
Moosehaven is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join their team. This part-time, 1st shift position is located in the Skilled Unit and offers a shift differential. The role involves providing compassionate, direct resident care, including performing care-related procedures, carrying out assignments per resident care plan and physician orders, taking vital signs, weighing residents, assisting with specimens, and helping with bathing and dressing. Moosehaven is a retirement community with over 100 years of experience in senior care, located on a 67-acre campus in Orange Park, Florida.
Requirements
- Valid CNA License
- CPR / BLS certificate (online certification not accepted)
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, direct resident care.
- Perform all care-related procedures.
- Carry out assignments per resident care plan and physician orders.
- Take vital signs.
- Weigh residents.
- Assist in obtaining specimens from residents.
- Help in bathing and dressing residents.
