About The Position
As an Entry-Level CNA, you will provide hands-on personal care and daily living support based on each client’s individualized care plan. You will work closely with the care team to ensure client comfort, safety, and well-being in a home setting. Requirements
- Active CNA Certification
- High School Diploma or GED
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
- Strong communication and observation skills

Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Help with meals, feeding, and daily living activities
- Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe environment
