About The Position

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct patient care in the OB Mother Baby Unit at Providence Portland Medical Center, under the supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) and in accordance with the care plan. The CNA assists the RN in providing comprehensive nursing care by performing specified duties and functions under the RN’s direct supervision. This is a 0.6 FTE day-shift opening, with two 12-hour shifts per week from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and rotating weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
