CNA Full-Time, Part-Time 1st shift
About The Position
Lincolnshire Place of Sycamore is a Memory Care Residence. Our CNAs will deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan, provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity, report changes in resident health status to the clinical team, connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience, and engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences. CNAs will also comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information and perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- CNA Certification preferred
- Memory care experience
