About The Position
Right at Home, In-Home Care & Assistance, is seeking compassionate, dependable CNAs and PCAs to join our professional caregiving team. For more than seven years, we have had the privilege of helping individuals in our local community remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they call home. Caregiving is more than completing a list of tasks. It is building trust, preserving dignity, providing companionship, and giving families peace of mind. Responsibilities
- Personal care, bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
- Toileting and incontinence care
- Ambulation, positioning, and transfers
- Hoyer lift and gait belt assistance
- Medication reminders
- Range-of-motion exercises
- Blood glucose monitoring assistance
- Foley and bed-bound client care
- Hospice supportive care
- Meal preparation
- Companionship and social engagement
- Light housekeeping
- Transportation to errands and medical appointments
- Following the client's individualized plan of care
- Communicating changes or concerns to the care team
