Requirements

  • Active Maryland CNA license

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, patient‑centered care to residents in an assisted living setting
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) , including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and light assistance with meals
  • Observe residents for changes in physical, mental, or emotional condition and report concerns promptly to nursing staff
  • Support residents in maintaining independence, dignity, and quality of life
  • Accurately document care provided in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Deliver hands‑on support under the direction of the Director of Nursing and licensed nursing staff
  • Follow all safety, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for residents
  • Provide reassurance, companionship, and emotional support to residents and families
