About The Position

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team for weekend shifts, specifically from 3 PM to 11 PM. This part-time position involves providing essential daily living assistance to residents, maintaining a clean living environment, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. The role requires adherence to all local, state, and federal guidelines within the healthcare industry.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
• Computer knowledge.
• CNA Certification (Required)
• Ability to commute/relocate: Clinton, CT 06413: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Nice To Haves

• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Perform ADLs such as bathing, dressing, serving meals, feeding, ambulating, turning, positioning, etc.
• Offer activities that are essential for daily living by assisting patients with their meals, including serving and feeding them if necessary.
• Maintain clean living conditions for residents.
• Ensure all reports and records are completed in a timely manner.
• Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing and Administrator.
