As a CNA at Assisting Hands Home Care, you will be responsible for providing compassionate, personal care to our clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our caregiving team to ensure high-quality support that respects our clients' dignity and independence. Whether you work Full-Time or Part-Time, you will have the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of those we serve.

Requirements

Current CNA certification in North Carolina.
Experience in a caregiving role, particularly in home care settings.
Strong interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for helping others.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Dependability and flexibility to meet client needs, including weekends and holidays as required.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with elderly clients or individuals with disabilities.
Hold additional certifications in areas such as CPR or first aid.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Monitor and report changes in client health status to the caregiving team.
Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients by assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to support client care plans and ensure progress toward health goals.
