About The Position

Regal Home Care LLC is seeking motivated, compassionate, and dependable individuals to make a meaningful difference in the lives of elderly, disabled individuals, and Veterans within the local community. As a CNA/ Home Health Aide, you will assist clients with a variety of daily tasks including bathing, personal care, toileting, light housekeeping, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and medication reminders—all within the comfort of their own homes. This position requires flexibility, as work schedules may fluctuate based on client needs. Requirements

• Valid CNA certification
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable nature
• Ability to work flexible hours based on client needs
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in home health care preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Provide toileting assistance and incontinence care
• Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and laundry
• Prepare meals according to client dietary needs
• Grocery shopping and errands as needed
• Remind clients to take medications on schedule
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Communicate effectively with clients and family members
• Maintain accurate records of care provided
