About The Position

BrightStar Care of Maple Grove & Andover is looking for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) & Experienced Home Health Aides to join our dedicated team, providing outstanding care that enriches the lives of our clients every day. Our ideal CNA/HHA candidate would be someone who is able to provide outstanding and compassionate cares for client in Lino Lakes, MN.
Requirements
- Current In-State (MN) CNA certification (Preferred) + A minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings.
- If you are a HHA (no CNA) A minimum of three years of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings required
- Geriatric experience, Alzheimer's / Dementia experience, etc.
- Must be at least 18 year of age or older.
- Deliver compassionate support and companionship to our clients!
- A heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude.
- Amazing communication and interpersonal skills!
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing/showering, toileting, etc.)
- Light Housekeeping / homemaking
- Support patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Assist in the implementation of patient care plans.
- Deliver compassionate support and companionship to patients.
