About The Position
Sharp Home Care is seeking reliable Personal Care Assistants and Caregivers to support seniors and adults throughout Marietta, Roswell, Austell, Powder Springs, Woodstock, and surrounding Cobb County communities. We offer a variety of scheduling options to accommodate different availability, including daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend assignments. Schedules and hours are determined by client care needs and placement opportunities. Compensation: $15.00–$18.50 per hour, depending on experience, availability, and client assignment.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Authorization to work in the United States
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in caregiving, home care, healthcare, senior living, or related fields
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and daily routines
- Provide companionship and social engagement
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
- Follow established care instructions and complete required documentation
- Communicate professionally with clients, families, and care team members
