About The Position
Provide hands-on care and daily support to residents (bathing, grooming, mobility, meals, etc.). Build meaningful connections with residents and families. Support licensed nursing staff with resident care plans and documentation. Promote safety, dignity, and comfort at all times.
Requirements
- Current CNA certification (or willingness to complete a state-approved course)
- Compassion, patience, and dedication to serving the elderly
- Dependable team player with strong communication skills
- Ability to work every other weekend and holiday as scheduled
