About The Position

We are seeking compassionate and reliable CNAs to join our team. This role involves providing essential care and companionship to seniors in their homes. Requirements

Must have a clean criminal background check.
Must complete Live Scan / Fingerprinting.
Must possess reliable transportation with insurance.
Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (e.g., 2 forms of ID like Driver's License/Identification/passport or Permanent Resident ID/Social Security Card).
CPR + First Aid certification required.
TB test or chest X-ray required.

Nice To Haves

Formal training or at least 6 months of experience in the home care field or a related school program is desired.
CNA License is desired.

Responsibilities

Provide assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Offer transportation services for errands such as pharmacy and grocery shopping.
Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping duties.
Provide medication reminders.
Assist with mobility.
Offer toiletry assistance.
Provide companionship to seniors, engaging in activities like attending senior centers or church, playing games, reading, watching movies, and taking walks.
Maintain detailed records of services provided and client conditions via an online portal.
Report any major changes or incidents to the Care Coordinator during the shift.
