About The Position

Oaknoll Retirement Residence is seeking CNAs to join their At-Home with Oaknoll team. This role involves providing one-on-one care for residents within their homes and around the campus, fostering personal connections, and helping residents maintain their independence. Responsibilities may include driving residents to appointments and errands. The position offers full-time and part-time hours, with exact shifts varying based on resident needs. Some holidays and weekends are required.

Requirements

• Must be a certified on the Iowa Direct Care Worker Registry.
• A valid driver's license and a clean certified driving record (provided before hire) are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care for residents within their homes and around Oaknoll campuses.
• Develop personal connections with residents.
• Help residents maintain their independence.
• Drive residents to appointments, errands, or other meetings.
