About The Position

We are looking for dedicated professionals to join our resident care team. We have looking for CNAs, Medication-Trained CNAs, Medication Aides, or CBRF. We offer a supportive environment with flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability across all three shifts. Shift Flexibility: Able to work flexible shifts depending on availability (morning, afternoon, or night). Available Roles CNA / Resident Assistant: Provide high-quality ADL support (bathing, dressing, grooming) and companionship. Medication-Trained CNA: Combine clinical CNA skills with the ability to safely administer medications to residents. Medication Aide: Primary focus on the safe administration, documentation, and management of resident medications per DHS 83. CBRF Description: Follow all individual service plans (ISPs), assist with resident activities, and monitor for changes in condition. Safe Patient Handling: Adhere to all Back Safety and transfer protocols. You must be able to use gait belts and mechanical lifts safely as trained. Flexible Availability: We are seeking team members who can work morning, afternoon, or night shifts based on facility needs and your personal availability.

Requirements

  • Compliance with WI DHS 12 and DHS 83 is mandatory for all hires
  • Licensure Verification: Current Wisconsin CNA Registry status and/or Medication Aide certification will be verified online.
  • Background Information Disclosure (BID): Must be completed and signed before a background check is initiated.
  • WI Background Check: A criminal history and caregiver registry check is required at hire and every 4 years thereafter.
  • State/National Requirements: A State Caregiver Background check is required if you have lived outside of Wisconsin in the past 7 years. A National (FBI) check will be conducted if applicable.
  • CBRF Training (If Assigned): Candidates must have (or be willing to obtain) the following four state-mandated certifications: Standard Precautions, Fire Safety, First Aid and Choking, Medication Administration (for Med-Aide roles)
  • Completion of Disability Support Assistant Training is required for those working with specific resident populations.
  • Able to work flexible shifts depending on availability (morning, afternoon, or night).
