About The Position

We are seeking a high-performing Registered Nurse (RN)- must be (WI) Wisconsin to join our clinical team. This role is responsible for overseeing patient care, managing clinical assessments, and ensuring full compliance with Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) standards. Able to work flexible shifts depending on availability (morning, afternoon, or night) Wisconsin State Compliance & Mandatory Requirements To protect our residents and comply with Wisconsin’s Caregiver Law, all candidates must meet the following strictly enforced criteria: WI RN Licensure: Must possess an active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the State of Wisconsin. Verification: Active status will be verified through the WI Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS) online portal. Background Information Disclosure (BID): All applicants must complete the WI Background Disclosure Form (F-82064) before a background check is initiated. Wisconsin Caregiver Background Check: A formal caregiver-specific background check will be conducted through the WI Department of Justice (DOJ). Ongoing Requirement: Per state law, this check must be repeated every 4 years. Residency-Specific Background Checks: State Caregiver Background: If you have lived outside of Wisconsin at any time in the past 7 years, a criminal background check from those specific states is required. National Background Check: Conducted if required by specific facility contracts or federal oversight. CBRF-Specific Certifications (If assigned to CBRF units): Completion of the four state-mandated CBRF classes: Standard Precautions, Fire Safety, First Aid & Choking, and Medication Administration. Disability Support Assistant Training: Understanding of specific client groups. Safe Patient Handling: Training in back safety and mechanical lift usage.
