Requirements

Current District of Columbia CNA license with Board of Nursing
Current CPR license

Responsibilities

Assist Forest Hills of DC residents with activities of daily living (e.g., bathing, grooming, dressing, locomotion, feeding) in accordance with individualized care plan.
Assist Forest Hills residents in Assisted Living/Memory Care with daily living activities, such as light housekeeping, meal prep, and engaging interactions. Every task contributes to their happiness, all while following their individualized care plans.
Assist resident in meeting their personal care needs and provided individualized attention while encouraging resident involvement in self-care.
