About The Position

At Indigo Manor Nursing and Rehab, the Night CNA provides compassionate care and attention to residents during the overnight shift. Working closely with nursing staff, the CNA provides direct patient care, including taking vital signs, providing wound care, and assisting with activities of daily living. The role also involves maintaining accurate care records, communicating with healthcare team members, assisting with medication administration and treatment plans, and helping maintain a clean and safe environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• One year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including taking vital signs, providing wound care, and assisting with activities of daily living.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment plans.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members, including nurses, doctors, and other CNAs.
• Assist with medication administration and treatment plans.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction.
• Demonstrate a commitment to excellent patient care and maintain a clean and safe environment.
