At Schuyler Ridge, our Sub-Acute Rehabilitation Unit is dedicated to helping patients regain strength, independence, and confidence after hospitalization. Whether recovering from surgery, illness, or injury, our team provides compassionate, goal-oriented care in a supportive environment. Requirements

  • Current CNA certification in New York State
  • Passion for working with seniors and memory care residents
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

  • Previous long-term care experience preferred (not required)
