Requirements
- CNA certification in New York State
- Compassionate, team-oriented mindset
Nice To Haves
- Experience in long-term care preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with ADLs
- Ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity
- Providing compassionate care
- Documenting activities accurately
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to meet resident needs
