About The Position
Benedictine Living Community – La Crosse is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents. CNAs work on the front lines of resident care, treating residents with dignity and respect and supporting their choices. The role is open to experienced and newly certified CNAs, with multiple part-time and full-time shift opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or with the appropriate entity.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- BLS Certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents.
- Report changes in residents’ conditions to an RN or LPN.
- Chart in the POC system.
- Demonstrate time management and prioritize tasks.
