About The Position

Comfort Keepers is now hiring an in-home CNA in the Buffalo area. We are looking for help with new clients for mornings, afternoons, and evenings. You tell us when you are available to work! Caregivers earn $18.00 and are then eligible for free CNA class in Buffalo after 5 months. If a caregiver is certified, the wage is $20.00. We offer part-time or full-time positions, and the schedule includes every other weekend. Experience the difference with Comfort Keepers. If you do not have your CNA, ask about our FREE CNA CLASSES!

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand and lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
• Able to assist both male and female clients with personal cares
• Must have had driver's license for at least 3 years
• Personal vehicle to use during shift
• Clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• If caregiver is certified, wage $20.00

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with all personal care needs as needed
• Assist clients at mealtime and monitor eating habits
• Ensure that required documentation is complete and in compliance
• Provide errands and transportation with own vehicle
• Assist with housekeeping tasks
• Maintain confidentiality regarding each client
