About The Position

The Certified Nursing Assistants provides direct and indirect nursing care under the direction of a RN and in accordance with policies and procedures. This role is at St. Anthony Summit Hospital, a Level III trauma center recognized for patient experience and as a great place for nurses to work. The hospital offers a full range of medical specialties and health care services to the region. The position is in a supportive, team environment with resources and leaders who care about success. There is a career path framework for CNAs to move, develop, and advance into nursing and other roles.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Basic computer skills
• High School diploma or GED required
• Graduate of a Nursing Assistant Program required
• State registered CNA license required
• Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)

Nice To Haves

• Six months previous CNA experience preferred
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Training preferred.

• $4K Bonus Language/Housing Stipend Eligibility: Qualified external applicants with at least one year of experience may be eligible for a seasonal bonus up to $4,000!
• $400/month Summit County housing stipend available for full time residents of Summit, Park, Eagle, Grand, Clear Creek, Chaffee, or Lake Counties. Must work at least 80% physically on-site at a Common Spirit facility in Summit County and full time or part time status (PRN ineligible). More details available upon offer.
