About The Position

We are seeking CNAs/Registered Nursing Assistants for our Skilled Nursing Facility in NE Minneapolis! Part-Time, Full-Time, and On-Call openings available. The Nursing Assistant is a key team member who provides direct personal care to our residents to help ensure their dignity and quality of life. Under the supervision of a RN, the Nursing Assistant assists residents complete activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, feeding.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess current MN CNA License.
• State of Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.
• Ability to work independently and dependably to efficiently deliver care to meet resident needs.
• Ability to work with residents from diverse backgrounds.
• Maintain continuing education credits as required.
• Reading, writing and speaking in English is a requirement of this position.

Nice To Haves

• More than 6 months of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct personal care to residents.
