About The Position

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide care to residents in a warm, comfortable, home-like environment. This is a part-time second-shift position, scheduled from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. The role supports residents with daily living needs, documents care and changes in resident health or behavior, and provides meaningful engagement and emotional support. Associates are expected to use customer service skills to help ensure residents receive exceptional, meaningful care. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA, HHA, or LNA license required.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Document care provided and report changes in residents’ health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Perform other duties as needed.
