About The Position
Moosehaven is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join their team. This part-time position is for the 2nd shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM) in the Skilled Unit, with a schedule of every other weekend. A shift differential is offered. Moosehaven is a long-standing organization with over 100 years of experience in senior care, located on a 67-acre campus on the St. John's River in Orange Park, Florida. They emphasize community involvement through their 'Heart of the Community' program.
Requirements
- Valid CNA License
- CPR / BLS certificate (online certification not accepted)
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, direct resident care.
- Perform all care-related procedures.
- Carry out assignments per resident care plan and physician orders.
- Take vital signs.
- Weigh residents.
- Assist in obtaining specimens from residents.
- Help in bathing and dressing residents.
- Perform other care-related responsibilities as directed by the charge nurse.
